Clumsy, clumsy, clumsy!!!

Think you want to find back an attachment sent from your clients. You are unlucky, filename of the attachment is poorly named(a sequential number without meaning in most cases).

You search in the mail box, there is numerous mails between you and your clients with attachment.

You cannot spot it.

Then, you realize you might receive it through WhatsApp. You dive into your WhatsApp, crawling your endless chat history with your client. Sometimes, unfortunately, you still cannot get it.

You desperately go back to you DMS / ERP system and try your luck. Worst comes to worst, you realize you forget to do tagging / keyword marking when you saved the attachment......
